WELCOME TO

Veterans Aquaponic Outreach Center

At Veterans Aquaponic Outreach Center, we are dedicated to transforming the lives of veterans through vocational training in indoor farming and aquaponics. Our comprehensive program equips veterans with the skills and knowledge they need to pursue rewarding careers in sustainable agriculture and become leaders in the field.

Why is it Considered Sustainable?

Our Aquaponics Grows Fish & Plants Together

As the demand for sustainable agriculture continues to rise, aquaponics has emerged as an innovative and efficient method for indoor farming. Our program focuses on teaching veterans how to design, build, and operate aquaponic systems that integrate the cultivation of plants and the breeding of fish in a mutually beneficial ecosystem. By mastering these techniques, our veterans can contribute to the development of sustainable food production solutions.

Curriculums

We understand veterans’ challenges when transitioning to civilian life, including unemployment and underemployment. That’s why we provide our vocational training program free of charge to veterans. Through partnerships, grants, and donations, we ensure that cost is not a barrier for veterans seeking to pursue a career in aquaponics.
